Terms for using R.O.S.
Effective September 30, 2026
The short version
- R.O.S. is a self-improvement tool for relationships. It isn't therapy, counseling, or a crisis service.
- The R.O.S. Coach is AI. It can be wrong, so use your own judgment.
- You get a full refund on an assessment any time before its link is opened.
- Use R.O.S. kindly and lawfully, and never as a weapon against someone else.
These terms are an agreement between you and RMC Capital Coaching ("we", "us") for your use of R.O.S. (Relationship Operating System): the website at rosplatform.app, the R.O.S. app, the R.O.S. Coach, and the TTI assessments you request through them. By using R.O.S., you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use R.O.S.
1. Who can use R.O.S.
You must be at least 18 years old.
2. What R.O.S. is, and isn't
R.O.S. offers behavioral insights, practice tasks, and coaching to help you understand yourself and the people in your life. It's for education and self-improvement.
R.O.S. is not therapy, counseling, or medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice, and it isn't a crisis service. If your relationship involves violence, threats, fear, or abuse, or you're thinking about harming yourself or someone else, please get help right away. In the US, call 911, the National Domestic Violence Hotline at 1-800-799-7233 (or text START to 88788), or the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline (call or text 988). Outside the US, contact local emergency services.
DISC, Driving Forces, and the other models R.O.S. uses are useful lenses, not verdicts about who anyone is. We don't promise any particular result for you or your relationship.
3. Your information and your phone
R.O.S. doesn't use accounts. Your profile, progress, notes, and Coach conversations are stored on your device, as our Privacy Policy explains. Because we don't hold a copy, we can't recover your data if your browser data is cleared or your device is lost. Use the app's backup codes to keep a copy.
When you share a code or invite with someone, you're choosing to share that information with them. Only share information you have the right to share.
4. The R.O.S. Coach
The Coach is powered by Claude, an AI model made by Anthropic. Its replies are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or not right for your situation. Use your own judgment, and don't rely on the Coach for decisions about your safety, health, legal matters, or money.
The Coach is free to try for 2 questions, and any TTI assessment includes 10 questions a day. We may change these limits, pause the Coach, or stop offering it. You agree not to get around the limits (for example, by repeatedly clearing your data or automating requests), and not to use the Coach for purposes unrelated to relationships.
5. Using R.O.S. responsibly
You agree not to:
- Use R.O.S. to harass, monitor, manipulate, threaten, or control another person
- Enter someone else's private information without their permission
- Break the law, or try to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to R.O.S. or our server
- Copy R.O.S.'s content, such as its questionnaire, task banks, or reports, to offer a competing product
6. TTI assessments
TTI Success Insights assessments (Behaviors (DISC), 12 Driving Forces (Motivators), Emotional Quotient (EQ), and TriMetrix EQ) are provided through a licensed TTI Success Insights distributor. Prices are shown in the app. You may buy an assessment for yourself, for another person, or both, and two assessments in one order get a $20 discount.
- Ordering. Right now you order by sending us the email request the app prepares. Your order is confirmed once we've agreed on payment and you've paid. We then email each person their own private assessment link.
- Who it belongs to. Each link is for the person named in the order and may be used once. The results belong to the person who takes the assessment, whoever paid. They decide what anyone else sees.
- Buying for someone else. The other person can decline. If they do, you get a full refund for their assessment.
- TTI's terms. The assessment is taken on TTI Success Insights' platform, and TTI's own terms and privacy policy apply there.
7. Refund policy
We want you to be glad you bought an assessment. Here's when you can get your money back:

Two-assessment orders. The $20 discount is shared equally, so each assessment in the order is refunded at its price minus $10. For example, refunding one DISC from a $110 pair returns $55.
How to ask. Email [email protected] within 30 days of payment and include your R.O.S. order number. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
The free version of R.O.S. and the free Coach questions cost nothing, so there's nothing to refund.
8. Ownership
R.O.S., its design, questionnaire, task banks, and written content belong to RMC Capital Coaching. You may use them for your own relationships, but not resell or republish them. TTI Success Insights, DISC, Driving Forces, and TriMetrix are the property of their respective owners, and Claude is a trademark of Anthropic.
9. Disclaimers
R.O.S. is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties, express or implied, including that R.O.S. will be error-free, always available, or fit for a particular purpose.
10. Limits on our liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, RMC Capital Coaching isn't liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any decisions you make based on R.O.S. or the Coach. Our total liability for any claim relating to R.O.S. is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $100.
11. Changes and ending use
We may update R.O.S. and these terms. If we make significant changes, we'll update this page and its effective date. Continuing to use R.O.S. after a change means you accept the updated terms. You can stop using R.O.S. at any time, and we may suspend access for anyone who breaks these terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania.
