For coaches, therapists and pastors
Give the people you help a system for the days between sessions.
You see them for an hour. R.O.S. helps with the rest of the week: a shared language for how each person is wired, and small practices they do together.
Where R.O.S. fits in your coaching
A head start before session one
Each person takes the free 5-minute DISC Snapshot. You start from how they actually differ, not from scratch. Clients with a TTI Success Insights report can upload it instead.
Practice between sessions
Every week, R.O.S. suggests small tasks fitted to how each person is wired. Most take under five minutes. Their partner can tap "I felt it" when one lands.
Beyond couples
R.O.S. works for marriages, families and working relationships: co-founders, a manager and a direct report, a parent and a grown child. The wording changes to fit.
Where R.O.S. fits alongside your work
Not therapy, and not trying to be
R.O.S. is a behavior-based tool clients use between sessions. It gives couples a shared, non-blaming language for their differences, and the pattern they fall into, which R.O.S. calls their loop.
Small, structured practice
Short weekly tasks, a 1-to-10 daily score, and a guided Weekly Huddle give clients something concrete to do between appointments, and something to talk about in them.
Your judgment comes first
R.O.S. isn't meant for relationships with abuse or control, where safety comes first. The app points anyone in danger to 911, the National Domestic Violence Hotline and the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.
Where R.O.S. fits in your ministry
Premarital and marriage mentoring
Couples take the free 5-minute Snapshot before you meet, so your time goes to what matters: how they decide, talk and handle stress differently, and what to do about it.
When both choose the faith option
R.O.S. adds a Spiritual area with practices like praying for each other by name and praying together out loud. Their profile brings Scripture to the area they want to grow in, and the weekly email opens with a verse (King James Version).
Respectful of every couple
Faith content appears only when both people choose it. If only one does, R.O.S. stays neutral, so a couple can start wherever they are.
How it works for the people you help
- Each person takes the Snapshot. About 5 minutes, free, no account needed to start.
- They see the two of them side by side, including the loop they tend to fall into and a pause word to break it.
- Then a few minutes a week: small tasks, thank-you notes, and a Weekly Huddle the app walks them through.

Their information stays theirs
What people write in R.O.S. lives on their own phones, unless they choose to back it up to an account. You don't get an account or a dashboard of their information. If they want to, they can open the app and show you in session, or, with their relationship map, save a PDF of their styles, dynamics and agreements and send it to you. R.O.S. never sells personal information. Coach, the in-app guide, is AI and isn't a counselor. Privacy policy

Validated TTI reports, too
R.O.S. reads TTI Success Insights reports (DISC, Driving Forces and Emotional Quotient) and fills in each person's profile from them. Royce Clemens, the creator of R.O.S., is certified in DISC through TTI Success Insights and can provide assessments for the people you work with.
