The Executive Coach · for its coaching clients
An executive coach who has read your assessment.
Caiden, your AI Executive Coach, helps you lead, decide and take your next step, from your own DISC style, motivators and emotional intelligence. Any time, in plain words, on your phone.
Meet Caiden
Caiden is your AI executive coach. He helps you build your cadence: the steady, weekly rhythm of small actions that moves your work forward between coaching sessions.
- He knows how you're wired. Caiden works from your TTI report, so his coaching fits your style, your motivators and how you handle pressure.
- He keeps you moving. Every conversation ends with one step and the day you'll take it, and next time he asks how it went.
- He plans your week with you. Describe a goal, and Caiden turns it into a weekly cadence of small tasks in your coaching app.
Caiden is AI, not a person, and not Royce. He can be wrong.
The client app
Where Caiden lives: your coaching app
RMC Capital Coaching clients get their own app, branded RMC Capital Coaching. Caiden is in it, along with everything that keeps the work moving between sessions.

Olivia is a made-up client, eight weeks in. Explore freely: nothing you do there is saved or sent.
How it works
- Add your TTI reportThe report from your TTI Success Insights assessment with RMC Capital Coaching: your DISC style, motivators and emotional intelligence. Caiden works from it.
- Tell Caiden about your workYour role, how many people you lead, and one thing you want to get better at in the next 90 days.
- Ask him anythingHe coaches you to a decision and one step with a day, and next time he asks how it went.
What leaders use it for
Hand off decisions without losing sleep over them.
With a direct report, a peer, or your boss. Get the first sentence right.
Lay out the options, find what you're avoiding, and commit to one.
Give it so it lands, and take it without getting defensive.
Run ones that end with decisions, not more meetings.
Push back on a deadline, ask for what you need, get credit for your work.
Notice when your adapted style is wearing you out.
A promotion, a new role, a hard choice, or starting your own business.
How Caiden coaches
Like a good executive coach, he helps you think before he tells you what to do. Most conversations move through four things:
- Focus. What do you want from this conversation?
- Reality. What's actually happening, including your part in it?
- Options. Two or three real ways forward, yours first.
- Commitment. One specific step, and the day you'll take it.
He ties what he says to how you're wired. High D? He'll notice when you're solving problems your team should own. High S? He'll notice the conversation you keep putting off. And he asks one good question at a time.
A sample conversation
Caiden · AI Executive Coach
Your profile says you're high Conscientiousness and steady: you'd rather not make it awkward, so you hint and hope the work speaks for itself. To someone who doesn't share your style, a hint often sounds optional.
Try saying it plainly, once, without heat: “The last three deadlines slipped. I need to understand what's getting in the way, and agree on what happens next time.” Then listen.
When will you have that conversation?
Caiden · AI Executive Coach
Good. Write down your first sentence before Thursday so you don't soften it in the moment. I'll ask you how it went.

Honest about what it is
- Caiden is AI. Built by RMC Capital Coaching and powered by Claude, made by Anthropic. He never pretends to be a person, and he can be wrong.
- Private. Your conversations stay on your phone. Nothing goes to your employer.
- It knows its limits. No legal, HR-compliance, tax or investment advice. For those, it helps you prepare and points you to the right professional.
- Part of real coaching. It's for Royce Clemens's one-on-one coaching clients, for the time between sessions. Bigger topics come to your next session. rmccapitalcoaching.com

Questions
Is the Executive Coach a real person?
No. It's an AI coach that RMC Capital Coaching offers to its clients on R.O.S., powered by Claude, an AI model made by Anthropic. It says so plainly, and it can be wrong. Your human coach is Royce: bigger topics come to your next session.
Does my employer see what I talk about?
No. Your conversations stay on your own phone. R.O.S. doesn't keep them, and nothing goes to your employer, HR or anyone else. To write each reply, your message, a summary of your profile and the work details you enter (and, if you use R.O.S. on your own, your tasks for the week) are sent to Anthropic. See our privacy policy.
Do I need an assessment?
Yes. The Executive Coach works from your TTI Success Insights report, so it coaches you from how you're actually wired: your natural and adapted DISC style, your top motivators (Driving Forces) and, with EQ, your emotional intelligence. RMC Capital Coaching clients take the assessment as part of coaching.
Do I need a partner to use R.O.S.?
No. Clients can set R.O.S. up just for themselves: the Executive Coach, your TTI report to read and mark up, and My week, your tasks from your sessions with Royce in five areas (Leadership, Communication, Delegation & team, Decisions and Growth). The Executive Coach can turn a goal you describe into weekly tasks you count off each week. Royce can add tasks to your list too, and he sees whether you've checked those off. Tasks you add yourself stay private.
How do I get it?
It's included for RMC Capital Coaching clients, with up to 50 questions a day. It isn't sold separately.
What won't it do?
It doesn't give legal, HR-compliance, tax, investment or medical advice. For firing, discipline, harassment or legal risk, it helps you think and prepare, then points you to HR or an employment attorney. It won't help anyone deceive, monitor or retaliate against a colleague.
Can my team use it?
When your leaders work with RMC Capital Coaching, each one gets their own Executive Coach, with their own TTI report and their own private conversations. Ask about it at rmccapitalcoaching.com.
