I'd like us to share the Sunday dinners. I've been doing them every week and I'm worn out.

Emma · Rehearsal

Okay. I didn't know it was bothering you that much. What do you want me to do differently?

Coach's tip

You named the problem without blaming. Next time, say what you need before the details. Try: “I need us to decide this together by Friday.”

One week with R.O.S.

Jack and Emma are made up. The rhythm is the real thing: small moments during the week, and twenty minutes together on Sunday.

Emma puts a thank-you in the jar.

How it works

Three steps. About 20 minutes a week.

  1. See how you're each wiredA free 5-minute Snapshot each, then the two of you side by side.
  2. Do a few small things each weekShort tasks written for your two styles, in five areas of life together.
  3. Huddle once a weekTwenty minutes to celebrate, talk about one thing, and set next week. See the questions

How it works

R.O.S. runs on four parts. We call it BOND.

Each part builds on the one before it — and then it loops. The Dashboard shows where you're drifting, the Agreement explains why, and Nurture hands you the next practice.

Small, shared, and on purpose.

Our why“So we stop having the same argument and enjoy our evenings again.”

Built for real life

For the hard moments, and the good ones.

Most weeks are ordinary. R.O.S. helps with the two kinds that aren't: the tense ones and the ones worth remembering.

Hard momentsName your loop

R.O.S. finds the pattern your two styles fall into. You name it together and pick a pause word. When it starts, either of you can call a 20-minute pause, and the other phone knows.

Hard momentsHelp me reconcile

After a pause or a rough day, five minutes to repair it the way your partner needs: what they need to hear, your own instinct to watch, and one small thing to do this week.

Hard momentsRehearse it first

Practice a hard conversation while Coach plays your partner, from how they're wired. Coach remembers what you've talked about, on your phone only.

Good onesMilestones together

Your first Huddle, four in a row, the starter finished, your first Reset. Both phones celebrate, with words that mean something, not points.

Good onesDates that matter

A week before your anniversary or a birthday, an idea that fits how they're wired. Hard days get a gentle note, never a notification.

Good onesThinking of you

One tap at the top of Home lets your partner know you're thinking of them. No words needed. With faith on, it becomes “Praying for you,” with a short note.

Real lifeTake a break

A trip, a sick week, a new baby. One break for both of you: reminders go quiet, streaks freeze, and R.O.S. welcomes you back with one small thing.

Good onesThe thank-you jar

Every “I felt it” and every thank-you, kept in one place. On your anniversary, R.O.S. pulls a few out for you to read to each other.

What is Emma probably feeling when she goes quiet?

Sage · AI Relationship Coach

Probably not anger. Emma is high Steadiness — going quiet is how she protects the peace while she works out what she actually thinks.

You're high D, so silence reads to you like a yes or a shutdown. It's usually neither. She needs time, and she needs to know you'll still be there when she's ready.

Try this week

When she goes quiet, say “Take your time — can we come back to it after dinner?” Then let dinner be dinner.

Example reply. Sage is AI, can be wrong, and isn't a therapist.

Behaviors (DISC)$79

Known as the observable language, the Behaviors assessment is our most popular and widely used assessment. This assessment can be used for leadership, sales, and team development. It provides extensive information regarding behavioral characteristics, ideal work environment, value to the organization, and do’s and don’ts to communicating. It also provides insights into how an individual prefers to be managed and motivated. This report shows the HOW of an individual’s behavior.

12 Driving Forces (Motivators)$59

The 12 Driving Forces assessment answers the question, “why do you do the things you do?” It provides individuals with an understanding of how their motivators impact their decisions and drive them into action.

Emotional Quotient (EQ)$89

Emotional Intelligence is critical at all levels of an organization. The EQ assessment accurately measures one’s ability to sense, understand and effectively manage their emotions, and understand the emotions of others. It looks at self-awareness, self-regulation, motivation, social-awareness and social regulation.

TriMetrix EQ$199

TriMetrix EQ is a comprehensive report that consists of three sciences: Behaviors (DISC), 12 Driving Forces, and Emotional Quotient (EQ). It reveals specific details in these three areas that describe the how, why and what of superior performance.

Behaviors (DISC) is the one assessment the relationship map needs (the Couple Map for spouses and partners, the Family Map, or the Working Relationship Report for colleagues): it pairs each person's natural and adapted profiles. 12 Driving Forces, EQ, and TriMetrix EQ add deeper insight on top; TriMetrix EQ weaves all three sciences into one 50+ page report, for $28 less than buying them separately. Prices are per person. Buy two assessments in one order and save $20. Already have a TTI report from a coach, church program, or work? It counts — upload the PDF in the app and it fills itself in.

Questions

Good questions to ask first.

Is the free Snapshot a real assessment?

It's a 25-question behavioral questionnaire that estimates your natural DISC style, what energizes you, and your top motivator. It's accurate enough to start real conversations. The licensed TTI assessments validate those scores and add your adapted style, your full motivator ranking, and — with TriMetrix EQ — emotional intelligence. New to DISC? Read DISC for couples, in plain language.

Do we both have to do it?

You can start alone and see your own profile right away. The Us page, the shared tasks, and the Map open once your partner joins — by link, by code, or together on one phone.

Do I need an account?

No account to start. Your profile is saved on your device, and you can make a backup code at any time to restore it on another phone.

We're not religious. Is there faith content?

Only if you want it. Each of you chooses for yourself. With faith on, the Spiritual area includes it, and you can send "Praying for you" and keep a shared prayer list. When you both choose faith, you also get Reading together (30 days in the NIV) and a closing prayer at the Huddle. Without it, Spiritual focuses on meaning and shared values, without the faith language.

Is this only for married couples?

No. R.O.S. has lenses for couples, for family and friends, and for working relationships. Every insight and task is rewritten for the relationship you link.

I already took a TTI assessment through work or a coach.

It counts. Upload your Success Insights, TriMetrix, or TriMetrix EQ report and R.O.S. fills in your profile from it.

What does the Coach see, and where does it go?

When you send the Coach a message, R.O.S. sends your message, your profile, your current tasks, the short notes Coach keeps from past conversations (if memory is on), and only what your partner has chosen to share with you to Anthropic, which runs Claude, to write the reply. R.O.S. doesn't store your conversation — it stays on your phone. You turn the Coach on yourself; nothing is sent until you do.

Will it remind us?

If you want it to. Turn on phone reminders in Settings and choose which ones: fresh tasks on Monday, your Huddle 15 minutes before, a midweek look at your goals, a short recap before you meet, 30 minutes before any task or goal you've given a time, and a heads-up when your partner suggests a time, finishes something, or sends a heart or a prayer. Taking a break pauses them all. On iPhone, add R.O.S. to your Home Screen first; the app shows you how.

Can we share our results with a counselor or pastor?

Yes. With your Map, either of you can save a PDF made on your phone, with your styles, your dynamics and your agreements, and send it to a counselor, pastor or coach. It includes both of your profiles, so check with each other first. See a sample.

What if we fall off for a week or two?

It happens to everyone. There's nothing to catch up on: when you come back, R.O.S. welcomes you with one small thing to restart. Streaks forgive one missed day a week. And if you know life is about to get full, Take a break pauses your reminders and freezes your streaks until you're back.

What's a "loop"?

It's the pattern two different styles fall into when things get tense, like one of you speeding up while the other slows down. R.O.S. suggests yours from your two profiles. You name it together and pick a pause word, so either of you can stop it with a smile. Try the 30-second Find your loop quiz under How it works → Hard moments.

Will Coach remember what I told it?

Yes, if you want it to. Coach keeps short notes from your conversations so it can follow up next time. The notes stay on your phone, never on our server, and you can read them, delete them, or turn memory off in the Coach tab.

Can I get a weekly email?

Yes. With an account, turn on the weekly email in Settings. Every Monday at 7 AM you get your week together, one note from your thank-you jar, this week's focus and Huddle time, and a short thought for the week ahead. Every email has a one-tap way to turn it off.

Is R.O.S. counseling?

No. DISC and Driving Forces are useful lenses, not verdicts. R.O.S. is a tool to start honest conversations and build small habits. If your relationship involves safety concerns or deep hurt, please talk with a licensed counselor.

Build your BOND.

“It is your direction, not your intention, that determines your destination.”Andy Stanley, The Principle of the Path. The idea R.O.S. is built on.
